To ensure that all pupils and staff have access to appropriate opportunities to aid them in their continuing development by:

  • providing educational, emotional, and social support systems for all;
  • supporting a programme of professional development for staff to enhance the quality of educational experiences;

To ensure that staff and pupils take pride in belonging to the school and the communities it serves, through:·        securing opportunities for personal development through contributing to community activities;·        consulting staff, pupils and parents/carers; ·        working in partnership with outside agencies and the wider community.
