Additional School Closure – Tuesday 17th August 2010
The Scottish Government has agreed to a further school closure on Tuesday 17th August 2010 to enable teachers to work on the new Assessment structure which is required to deliver the Curriculum for Excellence. I am aware that there was some talk around the community that this in-service session was going to happen on 5th May so the purpose of this letter is to clarify the situation.
On Wednesday 5th May 2010 pupils attend school as usual.
Summer Holidays end for pupils at 8.35am on Wednesday 18th August 2010.
